Our Leadership

Founder and Principal Lorene E. Eberhardt brings two decades of experience in strategic communications and events coordination, executive leadership, and operations management for growing organizations. She was inspired to start Resonance Practice as she observed neither data nor statistics alone could motivate someone to change unless it was paired with a compelling, personal story that resonated.

 

She combines her love for stories, compelling narratives, and the Oxford Comma with her talent for building collaborative teams, finding connections, remembering names, mentoring and developing leaders, and creatively innovating solutions within the shifting technology landscape to the Resonance Practice Team.
